Washcloths vs. Hand Towels?
What's the difference (besides the size)?
Depending on the thread count, brand, etc a wash cloth can actually be thinner than its match hand towel.
Hand towels are meant for drying whereas washcloths are for washing.
So one is found near the sink or on a rack and the other is in the bath or shower.
Personally, I use them both interchangeably, but the washcloth does do a better job for washing and not drying (too small) and the hand towel a better job at drying than washer (too big)
